Books and Music

Heyya Bookish Sweethearts🍁

You are a super woman/man if you can read books and listen to the music at the same time. I did try listening to my favourite songs while reading books and it didn’t work for me, I often get distracted when my favourite lyrics pop up!!

But few weeks ago, I came across the articles suggesting music albums that would increase your productivity and escalate the concentration and it was really very helpful. So here in this post l would like to recommend you the choice of music you can listen while reading books.

Classical music will increase your productivity and helps you to concentrate more on your everyday tasks. 🍂

‘Our Town’ by Aaron Copland, ‘Daisies’ by Rachmaninoff, ‘Flower Duet’ by Delibes, ‘On the Road Again’ by Willie Nelson, ‘Red Like the Wind’ by Chirstopher Cross, ‘Scar Tissue’ by Red hot chilli peppers are some of the classical playlists I listened and enjoyed! I listen to these songs before reading books and writing stuffs, it enlightens my spirit!

To increase your concentration and get calm vibes before studying for exams, listen to the sounds of nature, few playlists that sent calm and balmy vibes to my mind are ‘Anchor’ by Mindy Gleldhill, ‘Call The Days’ by Nadia Reid, ‘Learning to Fly’ by The Weepies, ‘Better Together’ by Jack Johnson and ‘Dirty Old Town’ by Craig Cardiff.

Basically, if we listen to good music while reading books, it releases ‘Neurotransmitter Dopamine’ (Feel Good Chemical) from our body, if helps us to focus away from negative stimuli.

Books and Music is a deadly combination my bookish sweethearts!!! So next time, if you want to concentrate more on the plot without any distractions and if you wanna relax your mind while reading books,

🍂Try listening to the soothing playlists, it did help me!! And these songs in my playlist also help me to get out of my reading slump🍂
