BOOK REVIEW🌼

The warm and the sensible novel 'Sunshine Town' by Maniish Aroraa is my last read. Before talking about the plot of this book, I would like y'all to close your eyes and  just think about your dream🥀

Everyone has different plans and we are working hard to achieve it. But we fail to understand the 'Divine Plan'?!

A beautiful path that God has paved for you!! 'The Sunshine Town' elaborates the plan with a soothing storyline.🥀

Shlok's life was organized and perfect before he attempted medical entrance. He scores good marks in his pre university exams and prepares for his medical entrance which was a dream embedded in his mind, since his childhood, as his father's vision. He falls in love with his neighbour Natasha, they both share a very great wavelength. When Natasha opens up about her dream of flying to abroad to pursue her professional degree simultaneously Shlok enters into college life and prepares for his medical entrance. Natasha flies to Singapore and Shlok is pursuing his carrer. But his plan collapses when he fails to crack the medical entrance. He is now insecure about his carrer and his love life! Will Shlok succeed in his plan? How divine plan shapes his life and perspective? This is the plot of 'Sunshine Town' by Maniish Aroraa.

The story is filled with positivity and hope. It teaches the students to figure out their dreams instead of fearing about failures. The character sketch is strong and narrative is splendid. The author has introduced 'River Assi' as Shlok's conscience and it elaborates the beautiful phrases. Wholly, I liked the plot and the balmy narration.

A TINY DISAPPOINTMENT:

Apart from the beautiful storyline, a small stupid conversation bothered me when Yana says 'Don't be a girl' to Shlok when he looks like crying?!!! It might look frivolous but it has lame stereotypical views. The author could have avoided it🌻

I would like to recommend this beautiful work for all students. Don't ever lose your hope because the universe has other plans for you. 🌻🌼
