How many times have you blamed technology and inventions for the unemployment rate in India?/ Have you read any insightful nonfiction that changed your opinion about something?
'Re - Imaging Jobs in a fast changing world' by Rajiv Bahl is one of the very few nonfictions I would recommend to every book lover, especially Indian readers!
I've had so many notions about the unemployment rate in India, this book is such an eye opener that taught me a significant life lesson, 'Change is inevitable and evolution is necessary', the world is changing, we are encountering so many changes and modern technologies that outwit manpower, what about our future? How are we going to survive without jobs? Are we going to start luddite revolution again?
No! If the world is changing fast, we have more opportunities than before, we have to look at the ample ways to find our niche and this book explores the ways of creating jobs in the service sector, Bahl writes about the new technologies and ways to cope up with it, every page is informative and insightful, he talks about AI and the future developments, he explores the technological advances in eight areas and formulates a magnificent scheme.
I started reading this book with no expectations, but it's surprisingly interesting and insightful. This is one of the must reads for this generation to understand that intimidating technologies are paving several ways for us to create million jobs.
